What curriculum does the school follow?
God's Blessing Comprehensive College and Kiddies Academy follow the Nigerian curriculum approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, preparing students for WAEC and NECO examinations. Blessed British Academy follows the Cambridge International curriculum with EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
How do students perform in WAEC and NECO?
Our students consistently achieve outstanding results. We maintain a high pass rate in both WAEC and NECO examinations, with many students scoring multiple A1 grades. Our results are among the best in Ibadan and Oyo State.
What is the student-to-teacher ratio?
We maintain small class sizes with an average student-to-teacher ratio of 20:1. This ensures every child receives adequate attention and support from their teachers.
Do you offer science and arts streams?
Yes, at the senior secondary level, students choose between the Science, Arts, and Commercial departments based on their interests and career aspirations. We provide well-equipped laboratories and resources for all three streams.
How are students assessed?
Students are assessed through continuous assessment (tests, assignments, projects) which counts for 40% of their grade, and end-of-term examinations which count for 60%. Report cards are issued at the end of each term.
Do you prepare students for international exams?
Yes, Blessed British Academy prepares students for Cambridge international assessments. Additionally, students at the College are supported if they wish to sit for exams like SAT, IELTS, or TOEFL for university admission abroad.
