God's Blessing Group of Schools started with the nursery section on July 7, 1986 with 8 pupils at Alhaji Gbadamosi's burnt building at Kube, around total garden Area Ibadan. It was during General Ibrahim Gbadamosi Babangida regime when the Government encouraged Nigerians to be self-employed. Fajobi Alani Olukunle decided to go for education business by starting a private lesson a preschool meant for the less privileged Children. His diligence and commitment to the moral and academic life of those children was never compromised as the desire to make the children succeed in all academic spheres would not allow him to waiver/linger.

That thirst for the school development prompted him to apply for the approval of nursery section which led to the first approval given to us by the ministries of Education, Science and technology in 1992. At this time the image and the fame of God's Blessing has become viral throughout the four corner of the whole Ibadan Land. The population has risen to 400 pupils in both the nursery and primary section of the school hence the School rented apartment could not accommodate the large number of the Pupils anymore so the need for a bigger place became very imperative.

The School secured another rented accommodation of Nine Flats building at Yemetu, a place within Total Garden and Yemetu/Adeoyo Hospital in February 1994. It was a big place that accommodated the whole Students. The School was given its primary section Upgrade approval in the year 1996. Three years later, 1999 the Parents’ desire for a Secondary arm of the School was granted and a new building directly Opposite the Primary section was bought and restructured to suit the purpose of the School Secondary Section. God's Blessing Comprehensive College was Established. God's Blessing Group of Schools is a School that nurtures, upbrings and develops the moral, Social, academic, Spiritual, Cultural, Social and Academic lifestyles of every learner irrespective of his/her religion or Societal Status.

Ours remains a beacon of excellence and integrity with Extraordinary Commitment to achieving our desired goals without an iota of Compromise. Our new objective goal is to "Rock the Sky; Rule the World". Our unique administrative team-work and technological support in fostering intellectual development of every Student and Staff earn us the loyalty of our Parents and praise of the State ministry of Education. Zero tolerance to Examination malpractice. Today God's Blessing Group of Schools is on three acres of land directly opposite our former rented apartment. Our pride remains our integrity, commitment and the performance of all our old Students in their different works of life. To God be the Glory.
